- Quality assurance: Routine audits (manual and automated), including checks for headings, alt text, link purpose, focus order, ARIA usage, and form labels.
- Vendor management: We ask third-party providers to meet WCAG 2.2 AA where feasible.

- Keyboard support: Logical tab order, visible focus states, and skip-to-content links.
- Text alternatives: Meaningful alt text for informative images.
- Readable structure: Proper HTML landmarks (header, nav, main, footer), semantic headings (H1-H3), lists, and tables.
- Color & contrast: Text and interactive elements meet or exceed WCAG contrast ratios.
- Forms: Labels, instructions, error identification, and accessible validation.
- Media: Captions and/or transcripts for embedded media where provided.
