2. Counter-Notification
If you believe your removed or disabled content is not infringing, you may submit a Counter-Notice containing:
- Your contact information.
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court in California.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
We may terminate access for users who are repeat infringers under DMCA guidelines.
4. Good Faith Policy
Safeguard Firm does not permit copyright-infringing activities on its Site. We act in good faith to promptly respond to valid takedown requests while protecting free expression and fair use under 17 U.S.C. § 107.
5. Limitation of Liability
Safeguard Firm is not responsible for user-generated or third-party content and disclaims liability under Section 512 of the DMCA.
